Convert PNG to JPG

Convert PNG images to JPG instantly in your browser. Batch convert, no sign-up, no watermark — your files never leave your device.

PNG is logos, screenshots, graphics and anything with transparency, but not always the right fit. Converting to JPG fixes that: opens on every device and website.

Drop one PNG or a hundred — they’re converted inside your browser, so even private photos are never uploaded anywhere.

Good to know before converting PNG to JPG

  • JPG can’t store transparency, so any see-through areas in your PNG are filled with white.
  • JPG is the safest choice for upload forms, email and printing — it opens everywhere.
  • Hidden data like GPS location and camera details is left out of the converted file.

What is PNG?

PNG keeps every pixel exactly as it is and supports transparent backgrounds. That makes it perfect for logos, screenshots and cut-outs — but photos saved as PNG are often 5–10× bigger than the same photo as JPG.

What is JPG?

JPG has been the default photo format since the 1990s. It shrinks photos by quietly throwing away detail your eye barely notices, which is why it opens on literally everything — but it can’t do transparency and it loses a little quality every time it’s re-saved.

How to convert PNG to JPG

  1. Drop your PNG files (or paste with Ctrl+V).
  2. JPG is already selected — adjust quality if you like.
  3. Download one by one or all as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Does converting PNG to JPG reduce quality?

Only very slightly. JPG is lossy; at the default quality the difference is practically invisible. Raise the quality slider for maximum fidelity.

Can I convert many PNG files at once?

Yes — drop as many as you like and download them all as one ZIP.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Everything happens inside your browser on your own device. Your images are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone — check your browser's Network tab, or turn on airplane mode after the page loads and see that it still works.

Is it really free?

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, no daily limits and no paid “HD” downloads.

Do downloads still contain my location?

No. Every file you download is saved without hidden metadata like GPS location, camera serial number or owner name.
